tarragon - butter sauce along w/ "Zonin" Pinot Grigio

Pasta is Veal Tortelloni w/ prosciutto, roasted peppers, peas in fresh tomato
cream vodka sauce topped w/ asiago & basil   along w/ "Zonin" Montepulciano

Entreé is Lamb Ossobuco w/ redused sauce & stuffed artichokes w/ goat cheese
along w/ "Zonin" Sangiovese - Merlot

Dessert is Italian Cheesecake & Pastry Puffs w/ Berry Compose along w/ "Zonin"
